Pouch Break is a nicotine-pouch tracking and step-down planning app for iPhone.
Email support@xuranium.com. One person reads that address, so expect a reply in a couple of working days rather than instantly.
If something went wrong, it helps to say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, what you tapped, and what happened instead. Do not send anything from your log that you would rather not share — nothing in it is needed to fix a bug.
Pouch Break has no sign-up, no login and no password, so there is nothing to recover and nothing to reset. It also means we cannot look anything up for you: your entries are on your own device and in your own iCloud, never on a server of ours. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pouch Break → Cancel Subscription, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You do not need the app to cancel and you do not need to email us first.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you are not charged. The free tier keeps working after a subscription ends, and your logged data is not deleted.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: support.apple.com/billing.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Pouch Break asks to read your resting heart rate, read-only, so it can chart it against your days pouch-free. If you declined and want to change your mind, it is in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Pouch Break. Refusing does not affect anything else in the app.
Settings → Export gives you a CSV of your own entries via the iOS share sheet. It is yours; do what you like with it.
Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To remove the synced copy, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete Pouch Break's data. Because we never receive any of it, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and no account to close.
Pouch Break is a self-tracking and educational tool. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for a clinician. If you are struggling to stop, that conversation is worth having with a real person.
